We recognise the importance of work-life balance. Long before the pandemic we implemented a 4-day working week for our production team. It helps to juggle the demands and challenges of life!​

Annual Leave​

We all love a break from work and a good holiday . At Sylatech we offer a generous 26 days annual leave, and over time, this increases to a maximum of 31 days.

Training

Our business transformation programme has enabled us to undertake training in many areas of the business. We are committed to developing our team and providing ongoing development.

Open Communication​

In Profile

Mark Spooner - Foundry Production Manager

Mark joined Sylatech in 2011, working part-time whilst still studying for his degree. After graduating in 2013, Sylatech sponsored Mark to study a NVQ in mechanical engineering. Following roles as a Quality Inspector and a Quality Engineer, Mark is now the Foundry Production Manager, with overall responsibility for manufacturing 700 different parts, and the delivery of £3.5M of sales to our customers.
