We recognise the importance of work-life balance. Long before the pandemic we implemented a 4-day working week for our production team. It helps to juggle the demands and challenges of life!
We all love a break from work and a good holiday . At Sylatech we offer a generous 26 days annual leave, and over time, this increases to a maximum of 31 days.
Our business transformation programme has enabled us to undertake training in many areas of the business. We are committed to developing our team and providing ongoing development.

Health and Welfare
