Culture & Team

Sylatech is home to a committed team who hold a shared sense of purpose and are focussed on working together to deliver for our customers.

Maintaining the spirit of teamwork is at the heart of everything we do, and we encourage involvement to make a difference and achieve success.

Our Values

We show care in all that we do for our teams, our customers, our suppliers and our environment.

Can do

We are reliable, willing and demonstrate a determination to fulfil our ambitions.

We positively encourage, support and trust each other, and act with fairness. We believe and show that by working as a team, we really make things happen.

Life at Sylatech

We strive to promote a culture enabling our team to have fun and enjoy their time at work. As a team we regularly celebrate our successes.

Inclusivity and engagement is at the heart of Sylatech, and our in-house Sylatech app supports our open communication and team focused ethos.

Time to do what you need

We recognise the importance of work-life balance. Long before the pandemic we implemented a 4-day working week for our production team. It helps to juggle the demands and challenges of life!

Annual Leave

We all love a break from work and a good holiday . At Sylatech we offer a generous 26 days annual leave, and over time, this increases to a maximum of 31 days.

Our business transformation programme has enabled us to undertake training in many areas of the business. We are committed to developing our team and providing ongoing development.

Open Communication

At Sylatech we strive to break down all barriers to communication and transform the employment experience, by providing a Sylatech app to the entire team.

Health and Welfare

As an employer, the health and wellbeing of our team is of the utmost importance.  We undertake annual health and welfare screening of all members of our production team.

We offer our team competitive rates of pay, commensurate with the market, and based on skills and experience. We regularly review pay to ensure that we remain fully competitive.
