Why Sylatech?

Before discovering Sylatech, our customer researched a number of manufacturing techniques including sand, die and ceramic shell investment casting.  These methods resulted in components, which typically needed extensive machining after casting.  The Sylatech lost wax casting process was chosen as it allowed fine detail and labelling to be incorporated and provided superior surface finish.  These features, together with reduced wall sections, produced an excellent engine with an improved power/weight ratio.
