Our AS9100 certification (which also encompasses ISO 9001), the widely adopted quality management system standard for the Aerospace, Defence and Space industries, enables Sylatech to service the needs of global manufacturers and their associated supply chains.
AS9100 Accreditation
Sylatech’s quality management system is central to the way we conduct our business. Through its implementation we ensure that we consistently meet customer requirements and improve their satisfaction of our services.
Our QMS enables a structured approach to continuous improvement and through it we seek to refine our products, processes and increase our manufacturing efficiency.
Our AS9100 accreditation demonstrates to our customers, our stringent quality controls. Where required, all of our customer products are released with certificates of conformance.
Nadcap Accreditation
Our current Nadcap accreditation specifically relates to our torch brazing and welding capability. Where other Nadcap standards are required we fully utilise qualified sub-contractors with the necessary accreditation.
We are currently underway with a project to achieve Nadcap chemical processing accreditation, later this year.
Measuring Equipment
Our large-bed Mitutoyo Crysta CMM (co-ordinate measuring machine) compliments the capability of our large-bed Datron ML Cube CNC machining centre.
It is by having this measuring capability that enables our large slotted array antennas to be manufactured at Sylatech for the space and radar markets.
Keyence Image Dimension Measurement System, which provides 360′ multi-surface measurement on various sizes and shapes. This enables our engineers to achieve accurate and repeatable measurements instantly.
