Sylatech’s power combiners allow the output of of several microwave solid state power amplifiers (SSPAs) to be combined. Their low insertion loss allows efficiency to be maximised and their high isolation provide redundancy, such that if one SSPA fails, the system can continue at a reduced power. Our solutions have successfully replaced travelling wave tubes in several applications.
