Sylatech is an engineering business recognised for its engineering excellence, and this Quality Team Operative position is a key role within the Quality Department, reporting to the Quality Manager.
To assist the Company in operating an efficient and effective quality service in accordance with the company and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection of castings prior to use in the Microwave Assembly department
- Inspection of Microwave assemblies at various points of manufacture, including final inspection
- Inspection of goods from suppliers
- To assist production with quality and inspection-related tasks where required
- Calibration of measuring equipment and maintenance of calibration database
- Arranging for external testing of calibration equipment
- Undertake other duties as and when required
