Through our partnership approach they value the experience of our dedicated, specialist microwave engineering team, who work with customers to undertake co-engineering activity, and provide their expertise to optimise specific solution requirements. 

We carry out many processes in-house, including CNC machining, casting, painting, assembly, and torch brazing.  Other special processes such as dip brazing are used extensively through the support of approved sub-contractors.  In a laboratory environment we undertake all electrical performance testing, including the measurement of insertion loss, VSWR, and power handling to ensure that system performance requirements are met in full.

Within the framework of our AS9100 Quality Management System, a rigorous New Product Introduction (NPI) process is applied, with design and engineering controls fully embedded. 

Our team bring RF Microwave mechanical and electrical engineering experience, delivering a design-for-manufacture solution to every radar project.  Our flexible design approach supports developments with different levels of design requirements, including build to print, partial design, and design in full, with each project being assigned a project lead engineer. 

Throughout the process we work directly with customers and provide clarity through project plans from initial concept design to deployment, and optimise performance, manage risk and ensure on-time delivery.
