Due to continued expansion we are now looking for a new members to join our hardworking and skilled production team.
Purpose of the role:
Through a variety of administrations tasks, the successful candidate will help to enhance the productivity of our organisation. The goal is to produce high quality information and administration support in a timely manner including aspects of load/capacity planning. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have advanced excel skills.
Main responsibilities include:

Printing all Machine Shop documentation.

Scanning and archiving Machine Shop Documentation

Creating and laminating documents/signage.

Updating the Level 1 and Level 2 agendas and boards daily.

Taking minutes of level 1 meeting daily.

Update/ manipulate of Machine Shop load capacity (strong experience necessary).

Instrumental in the local planning of the machine shop.

Play a strong role in machine shop costings.

Updating Machine Shop Spreadsheets.

Printing job packs.
-
Follow company safety systems and work protocol.
This role will be involved with all departments across the Company.
